In the Classics division, Pedro Campos’ “Bribon 500” truly shone on their last day of racing, claiming their win with a four-point advantage, their second consecutive continental victory. In the Opens, Michel Teweles’ and Swiss team “Thisbe” moved to the top of the leader board on day two and were able to hold onto their lead and final victory.

Javier de la Gándara at the helm of “Aida” recovers the lead in the Classics after a day where Pedro Campos’ “Bribon 500” sweeps both victories of the day.

La cita, que acoge en la ría de Pontevedra a 31 equipos de once nacionalidades para disputar el título continental, escuchó este martes el pistoletazo de salida con la disputa de dos pruebas en las que ha habido dos claros dominadores: el “Aida” con Javier de la Gándara a la caña y el sueco “Notorious” de Claes Henningsson en la división Open. Ambos se han anotado las dos primeras victorias del campeonato.

The Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo village today hosted the official opening ceremony of the continental event, with Ildefonso de la Campa, Xacobeo Director of Administration, Telmo Martín, Mayor of Sanxenxo and Pedro Campos, President of the host club.
